I’m beyond excited that the weather has FINALLY begun to cool down. I love the cool evening of Fall and cuddling up in warm fashion finds. I was recently given the opportunity through the Walmart Moms to put together my top 5 must-have fashion picks for fall. So with the giftcard provided, I went to my local Walmart to see what affordable outfit I could put together.
One of my favorite parts about shopping at Walmart is that the products are usually very affordable. When browsing the racks at Walmart I’m always on the lookout for trendy items as this is a great way to get “the season’s hottest look” for a lot less. I personally think that Walmart has some great apparel as I often wear several outfits that I’ve put together from clothes I’ve found there. On my recent trip to Walmart, as I mentioned earlier, I was on the hunt for fall must-haves. I think I found some great, budget-friendly finds that can help transition my wardrobe from summer into fall.
The first item I found at Walmart, was this green and navy plaid shirt. Plaid is always a hot pattern once Fall rolls around and this Faded Glory button down is perfect at only $13.94. For those chilly nights, I thought pairing the plaid with a wardrobe staple like an infinity scarf in a solid color would be a great addition to any wardrobe. This infinity scarf by George for $6.97 can be used all throughout fall and winter as scarves are a great accessory to add to any cool weather outfit that will probably never go out of style.
A fall outfit wouldn’t be complete without some boots. I love seeing ankle boots trending this year. So, while at my local Walmart I went over to the ladies shoe department to see what kinds of boots Walmart had to offer. I instantly fell in love with these Faded Glory Wedge Booties for just $18.87. The stone color and suede like material is perfect for fall and great when paired with skinny jeans or jeggings. Speaking of jeggings, the apparal team at Walmart recently sent these Jordache Jeggings for me to try. As soon as I put them on I fell in love with them. They are so soft and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. I recently wore them on a trip and loved how comfortable they were to travel in. And lastly, another item I was sent to try that I knew would be used regularly in my fall wardrobe was the Faded Glory Boyfriend Cardigan (seen in the top photo). I love wrapping up in a cardigan. They are easy and provide just the right amount of warmth. One can’t go wrong with a cardigan in a fall wardrobe.
